Your priorities. Our research.
Choose two providers with complete comparison data, then pick one to four priorities. Providers and priorities still under review are excluded from this tool.
Compare the full bill, selected plan and limits before choosing. This is editorial guidance based on our reviews, not a performance test or a guaranteed outcome.
We have not published this exact matchup yet. Read both provider reviews below.
Which hosts qualify? A host needs a published review, the required editorial scores and at least four documented priorities. You can choose a second host only when both hosts have at least four priorities in common. The tool hides priorities it cannot compare.
How are priorities scored? Choose one to four. Every choice must be documented for both hosts, and each has equal weight. Features & usability and Support use the matching editorial review scores. A difference below 0.15 points counts as a tie.
What does cost compare? For shared hosting, the tool compares recorded entry-plan renewal rates. Check the billing term, plan limits and full bill before buying.
What do the features tell you? Backups compares documented frequency and whether backups are included. It does not measure restore quality. For comparisons involving Cloudways, included scheduled backups are compared with backups charged separately. Site limits compares documented entry-plan counts for shared hosting. Email, staging and developer tools must be explicitly documented; an unlisted feature is never counted as absent. Staging and developer access show availability, without ranking tool quality.
What stays outside the calculation? Affiliate commissions and overall rankings do not affect the result. Read the linked reviews for supporting evidence and the dates we checked it.
A $3/month hosting offer can mean a multi-year payment today, while managed cloud hosting may invoice monthly for resources used. For a fair comparison, match the product type, record the full amount due now, the renewal billing term, and required extras such as email or backup storage.
