Hostinger Website Builder Pricing: Upfront Bills, Renewal and Store Extras

Official documentation checked October 5, 2026. Published references and HRL calculations are distinguished below. No account-specific checkout, export, migration or performance test was completed for this guide.

The low monthly figure on a builder offer can represent several years paid today. Hostinger’s builder budget also needs a product check: the drag-and-drop website, agentic project and Ecommerce subscription are not interchangeable purchases.

This guide addresses the builder offer and its dependencies. For the separate hosting-plan research, read our Hostinger hosting pricing guide. Keep the product and intended website workflow named in every quote.

Illustrated guide: Hostinger Website Builder Pricing: Upfront Bills, Renewal and Store Extras

The published 48-month offer

The official website-builder page, checked October 5, 2026, displays these dollar-denominated references. Its terms say plans are paid upfront and the monthly rate is the plan total divided by its months. Confirm USD, billing country, tax and the selected offer at checkout; no checkout was completed here.

Hostinger public 48-month builder offer, checked October 5, 2026
PlanIntro monthly equivalentPublished upfront / renewal reference
Premium$2.99$143.52 for 48 months / $10.99 per month
Unlimited$3.99$191.52 for 48 months / $16.99 per month
Cloud Startup$7.99$383.52 for 48 months / $25.99 per month

The introductory rates are not monthly-payment quotes. The renewal references are monthly equivalents, not evidence of the exact term or full renewal invoice in your account. Promotions and checkout selections can change; preserve the dated quote rather than treating the public listing as a price guarantee.

Renewal increases and the next cash payment

HRL calculates the increase from the introductory equivalent to the listed renewal equivalent as about 268% for Premium, 326% for Unlimited and 225% for Cloud Startup. These percentages compare rates using (renewal ÷ intro − 1) × 100; they do not establish a future invoice.

Hostinger’s renewal guide directs account holders to Billing → Subscriptions for the renewal price excluding taxes. Record the renewal term, total payment and date as well as the equivalent rate.

Three-year cost and five-year cost are different questions

In an HRL Premium scenario, a $143.52 initial payment covers 48 months. Inside a three-year horizon, subscription cash paid is $143.52 while the amount allocated to the first 36 months is $107.64. The remaining $35.88 covers months outside that horizon; allocation does not promise a refund.

For a five-year illustration, assume a twelve-month renewal at the listed $10.99 monthly equivalent is available and purchased at month 48. That assumed renewal is $131.88, giving $275.40 in subscription payments across five years. The twelve-month renewal term is an invented scenario input, not a verified checkout option.

If the actual renewal requires more time prepaid, the five-year cash total will differ even if the monthly equivalent is unchanged. Neither scenario includes domain, email, ecommerce, taxes, integrations, labour or future price changes. Use our renewal cost guide to compare cash commitments with allocated service cost.

First-year domain and email offers are time-limited

The public builder page describes a custom-domain first-year offer and mailboxes free for one year, with allowances varying by plan. Get the chosen domain’s renewal and later mailbox quote separately. A 48-month website payment does not establish four years of free email or registration.

Record the mailbox owner, account recovery route and renewal date. If replacing an existing website, preserve its email service and DNS records. Our email-preserving move guide covers that handoff.

Do not assume Ecommerce is bundled

The builder page advertises ecommerce availability. However, Hostinger’s current Ecommerce product documentation states that new Unlimited and Cloud hosting subscriptions no longer include Ecommerce, while existing bundled access continues with one sales channel. It describes Ecommerce as a separate subscription.

These statements do not establish a complete new-store quote. Ask for the named builder mode, Ecommerce subscription, required store functions and full invoices together. HRL has not verified the standalone Ecommerce price here, so it remains an unknown cost rather than being silently counted as free.

Keep cash paid separate from months used

For a prepaid builder term, retain both the payment made today and the portion allocated to the comparison period. Do not present the allocated amount as a smaller invoice. At renewal, use the actual offered term rather than assuming a one-year option. Keep Ecommerce and time-limited mailbox or domain benefits on separate rows so the builder offer does not conceal another service’s bill.

Budget for the eventual move

Manual-mode content export and agentic code export have different outputs. Read Hostinger Website Builder versus WordPress and the export versus backup guide before deciding the exit cost. Add the replacement design, application and operating support to the plan if independent hosting is a future requirement.
