Hostinger added two marketing integrations during the week: WhatsApp campaigns in Hostinger Reach and Google Ads campaign creation and reporting inside the Hostinger dashboard. The changes bring more post-launch marketing work into the same account used for hosting and website management.

What Happened
On October 15, Hostinger announced that Reach Pro customers can connect a WhatsApp Business Account, create approved marketing templates and send campaigns to opted-in contacts. The dashboard reports delivered messages, read rates and opt-outs alongside email results.
On October 16, Hostinger announced a Google Ads integration for websites on its web-hosting platform, excluding VPS-hosted sites. Customers can connect or create a Google Ads account, choose a website and conversion page, review AI-generated creative, set a daily budget and launch a lead-generation Performance Max campaign.
Why It Matters
Hosting platforms increasingly compete on the work that happens after a website is published. For small businesses, bringing campaign setup, conversion tracking and basic reporting into the hosting dashboard may reduce the number of separate tools required to launch marketing.
It also increases the importance of understanding consent, account ownership and platform limitations. A simplified setup does not remove Google's ad-review process, Meta's template requirements or the need to evaluate campaign economics.
What the Company Says
Hostinger says it automatically adds Google Ads conversion tracking and consent mode during campaign setup unless the customer opts out and installs tracking manually. The dashboard displays impressions, clicks, leads, average cost per lead and total spend.
For WhatsApp, Hostinger says customers connect through Meta's embedded signup, use a dedicated phone number and send only to contacts who have opted in. Templates must be approved by Meta, and messaging costs vary by destination. Messages to US phone numbers are excluded under the current Meta policy described by Hostinger.
HostingReviewLab Context
These features do not change the underlying hosting resources, WordPress limits or renewal pricing. They broaden Hostinger's position from website hosting toward an integrated small-business platform.
The Google Ads workflow is specifically built around Performance Max for lead generation; it is not a replacement for the complete Google Ads interface or for every campaign type. Similarly, Reach's WhatsApp feature is a broadcast-marketing workflow, not a general replacement for one-to-one customer service.
Customers evaluating the overall bundle should also review Hostinger's upfront and renewal costs and Hostinger Website Builder pricing.
What We Haven't Independently Verified
HostingReviewLab has not launched a campaign through either integration, tested conversion attribution, reviewed the full consent implementation across jurisdictions or audited the accuracy and delay of dashboard metrics.
We also have not verified campaign-performance claims. Advertising results depend on the offer, market, creative, tracking, budget and landing-page quality.
What Customers Should Know
- Google—not Hostinger—reviews ads and bills advertising spend.
- The integrated Google Ads workflow currently uses Performance Max for lead generation and excludes VPS-hosted websites.
- Review conversion actions and consent settings before launch; automatic installation does not guarantee legally sufficient configuration for every business.
- WhatsApp campaigns require opt-in contacts, Meta-approved templates and an eligible dedicated phone number.
- Export or document campaign settings and account ownership so the business is not dependent on one dashboard.
