What Happened
Hostinger’s September 21 changelog says newly created AI Builder websites use server-side rendering. Its support article specifies websites created on or after September 21, 2026. Hostinger says these sites also generate page titles and descriptions, robots.txt, and a sitemap that covers dynamically generated product and blog pages.
Why It Matters
Rendering a page before the browser runs JavaScript can make its content immediately available in the HTML response. That may remove one technical obstacle for crawling and link previews. It does not guarantee search indexing, traffic or rankings; useful content, crawl access and site setup still matter.
What the Company Says
Hostinger says its new rendering architecture sends page content to visitors and crawlers immediately and adds SEO basics for new AI Builder sites. The support note does not state that older projects receive the same change automatically.
HRL Context
If you are considering an AI builder for a content-heavy business site, inspect a published sample’s HTML, sitemap, titles and canonical URLs. Also compare ownership, editing workflow and export options against WordPress hosting before committing to a platform.
What We Haven't Independently Verified
We have not created a fresh AI Builder project or tested a migrated older project. We have not independently measured page speed, crawl results or search performance attributable to this release.
