As checked September 24, 2026, Kinsta shows two entry single-site WordPress plans at $35 per month, or $350 billed annually. Kinsta displays the annual option as about $30 per month; it is a comparison figure, not a $30 monthly charge. Eligible new customers on Single 20GB, Single 35k visits, WP 2, or Launch can receive the first 30 days free on either billing cycle. The selected monthly or annual billing cycle begins in the second month. Taxes, plan selection, and extras can change your invoice.

The annual option saves $70 compared with twelve $35 monthly payments, before tax, add-ons, and overages. Both examples assume the eligible first month is free and the price remains unchanged. Record when the free period ends and what the account says the next charge will be; a person who signs up for annual billing should budget for the $350 invoice when the free month ends.
The useful comparison: “$0 today” can be accurate for the eligible plan fee, but it does not make all usage free. Kinsta says overages still apply during the first month and may be charged when the free period ends or if you cancel during it.
Visits or bandwidth: choose the meter that fits your site
At the entry price, Kinsta offers a single-site option with 35,000 monthly visits and another with 20 GB of monthly server bandwidth. The pricing comparison lists one WordPress install, 10 GB storage, and 125 GB CDN bandwidth for the entry options. These are different ways of measuring the primary hosting allowance. A high-traffic site with small pages and a media-heavy site can produce very different bills, so look at your own usage before choosing the meter.
Kinsta’s published overage guide lists $0.50 per 1,000 visits above the visit allowance or $0.50 per GB above the server-bandwidth allowance, depending on the plan selected. Storage beyond the limit can add a prorated $2 per GB per month, and CDN bandwidth above its allowance is listed at $0.05 per GB. For example, 10,000 visits above a visit-based allowance would add $5 at the stated visit-overage rate. This example excludes any other overages, tax, or plan change.
When is the trial actually refundable?
Kinsta describes the first 30 days as a free period for eligible new customers on select plans. Its separate 30-day money-back policy has conditions; for an eligible free-month plan, Kinsta says that guarantee begins when the free period ends and paid billing starts. The policy excludes certain charges, including dedicated-server and one-time fees, and says incurred fees can reduce a refund. Canceling during the free month does not erase usage overages. Check the current billing and refund policy for your exact plan before upgrading or canceling.
Who should consider Kinsta?
Kinsta can make sense for a WordPress site that will use managed migrations, expert support, staging, backups, security tools, and its dashboard. The annual plan is easier to justify when those services save actual work and the site stays within its resource allowances.
