KnownHost pricing and renewal

The official shared-hosting page lists Basic from $3.47 per month, renewing at $7.16 per month. Standard starts at $6.48 per month and renews at $11.01 per month. The page offers 3-year, 2-year, 1-year, and 1-month billing selectors; the lowest displayed amount is associated with a longer commitment. Select the intended term and compare the full prepayment with the recurring rate before ordering.

KnownHost’s price page has term controls, so the headline is not necessarily a month-to-month price. The plan card and final checkout should be checked together for the selected term, renewals, domain fees, taxes, and any optional service. Use the renewal rate when comparing long-term cost.

Features and day-to-day use

KnownHost bundles a familiar cPanel workflow with LiteSpeed and a one-click application installer. Daily backups can be useful, but check the included retention and restore process and maintain a separate backup for critical data. “Unlimited bandwidth” does not remove CPU, memory, storage, file, or fair-use limits; review the acceptable-use and resource terms for the selected plan.

The managed aspect may reduce routine server work compared with a self-managed VPS. It does not mean every application task is covered: ask about plugin conflicts, custom code, security incidents, and migrations if those are important to your operation.

A growing application with custom server requirements may be better evaluated against its VPS tiers.

KnownHost provides useful public price and renewal figures, and its shared bundle is feature-rich for a conventional hosting account. The decision comes down to the full term cost, plan limits, backup policy, and the management scope the customer actually receives.
